1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Hire App Testers ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the hireapptesters.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Description of Service

Hire App Testers provides a manual testing service designed to help Android developers fulfill the Google Play Console's 14-day closed testing requirement. We provide a guaranteed number of opted-in testers who will install your app on physical Android devices and engage with it over a 14-day period.

We do not guarantee that your app will be successful on the Google Play Store, nor do we guarantee approval if your app violates Google Play Developer Policies (e.g., restricted content, IP violations, malicious behavior).

3. User Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

  • Have a valid Google Play Developer account.
  • Upload a compliant application to the Closed Testing track.
  • Add the email addresses we provide to your tester list in the Play Console.
  • Provide us with the correct Android and Web opt-in links.
  • Provide valid test credentials if your app requires a mandatory login.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Your app must comply with all Google Play Developer Policies. We reserve the right to refuse service for apps containing malware, hate speech, explicit content, or any content we deem inappropriate or high-risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
