Are these real people or bots?
Yes, they're real people. Google can spot emulators, server farms, and bots. Our testers use their own Android phones on real mobile and home Wi-Fi networks, so your test looks natural to Google.
What happens if Google rejects my app after the 14 days?
If Google rejects your app because of tester activity (not your app's content or a policy violation), you can pick one: a full free re-test with new testers, or a 100% cash refund. We honor this without any back-and-forth. Our service is built around Google's exact rules, so rejections are rare.
What do I need to do during the 14 days?
Nothing. Once you add our tester emails to your Play Console and share your opt-in link on Day 0, we take over. We open and use your app every day for the full 14 days. You can watch progress on your dashboard.
Do you test games or apps in languages other than English?
Yes! We only need to clear Google's 14-day test, so the content and language of your app don't matter. Our testers tap through the app to log active sessions, whatever it's about.
Is it safe to give you access to my app?
We never need access to your source code or Google Play Developer account. You stay in complete control. You simply add our tester emails to your "Closed Testing" track in the Play Console, exactly as you would when inviting friends.
Will I receive feedback on my app's bugs or UX?
Our main goal is to meet Google's activity rules and get you approved. It is not a full quality test. Testers use your app every day so Google counts the sessions, but we don't write detailed UX reviews or bug reports.
How quickly do testers opt in?
Testers opt in within 3 hours of you sharing the test link, usually much faster. The 14-day clock officially starts the moment the required minimum has opted in and installed your app.
What happens if a tester drops out?
If a tester uninstalls the app or stops using it, we replace them right away from our backup testers at no extra cost. Your test stays on track from start to finish.
Do you write reviews on the Play Store?
No. We don't allow our testers to leave public ratings or reviews. Paid reviews break Google Play's developer rules, and we follow the rules.
Can you test apps that require a login or subscription?
Yes, we can. If your app requires an account to access its core features, you can provide us with test credentials. If sign-up is free, our testers will simply create their own accounts to simulate a natural onboarding process.
