Pre-Launch Audit

Don't waste 14 days on a fixable mistake.

A significant number of production access rejections have nothing to do with tester engagement. They happen because of a broken privacy policy link, an incomplete data safety form, or a wrong content rating. We review your entire Play Console setup before your test begins, so nothing fails at the finish line.

What we audit

Every item Google checks before granting production access

We go through each requirement systematically and flag every issue with a clear fix.

Store Listing Completeness

We verify that your title, short description, full description, screenshots, and feature graphic all meet Google Play's minimum requirements for a production application.

Privacy Policy Verification

We check that your privacy policy URL is live, accessible, correctly linked in both the Play Console and in-app, and covers the required data categories for your app type.

Data Safety Form Review

The data safety section must accurately reflect what your app collects. We review your declarations against your listed permissions and flag any inconsistencies that could cause a policy violation.

Content Rating Check

An incorrectly completed content rating questionnaire can cause rejection or removal. We verify your IARC rating matches your actual app content and correct any mismatches.

Target API Level

Google requires apps to target a minimum API level that changes annually. We confirm your APK meets the current requirement so your app isn't blocked at the final review stage.

Production Readiness Checklist

A complete pass/fail report against Google's full production access criteria, delivered before your 14-day clock starts, with clear instructions for fixing every flagged item.

Developer Account Health

Google's verification rules are stricter than ever. We verify your developer identity, payment profile, and contact details are fully compliant to avoid sudden account freezes.

Sensitive Permissions Check

If your app requests location, camera, or file access, the required policy declaration forms must be filled accurately. We check these to prevent automatic review rejections.

Frequently asked questions

Why would my app get rejected after completing the 14-day test?
Many rejections after a completed test are not about tester engagement. Common causes include: incomplete store listing, broken privacy policy link, data safety form inconsistencies, incorrect content rating, or a target API level below Google's current minimum. Our audit catches all of these before Day 0.
Do I need this audit if I'm already using your testing service?
It's strongly recommended. The closed testing service handles tester engagement, but if your listing has setup errors, you can still be rejected after the 14 days. The audit eliminates that separate risk entirely.
Do you need my Play Console login?
No. We review what's publicly visible and ask you to fill a short questionnaire about non-public items (like your data safety form responses and content rating). We never ask for credentials.
Can this audit guarantee my production access approval?
The audit covers the setup and compliance aspects of your application. Production access also requires passing the 14-day closed test engagement requirement. Together, both services give you the highest possible chance of approval on first submission.
